Classes are suitable for all and designed for everyone to practice within their own capabilities which includes breathing exercises, somatic movement, yoga postures and relaxation.

A SLOWER VERSION OF THE BEAUTIFUL GAME 

Designed to assist older people to get fit or maintain an active lifestyle which can help lower blood pressure, build body strength and help to increase mobility. It also offers social and emotional health benefits. Participants can meet new people, avoid becoming isolated, and interact with individuals and small groups. (Please note: the age is a guideline, not a restriction) 

Tuesday 11:00am to 12:00pm with optional tea, coffee and a catch up afterwards
