Classes are suitable for all and designed for everyone to practice within their own capabilities which includes breathing exercises, somatic movement, yoga postures and relaxation.

OVER 50s FOOTBALL

A SLOWER VERSION OF THE BEAUTIFUL GAME 

Walking Football – Tuesdays 10 am to 11am

Suitable for those who want to restart playing the game and progressively build up their fitness. This is not as active or as physical as the Over 50’s session. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and be part of a small, friendly group.

Over 50s Football Sessions – Tuesdays & Fridays 11 am to Midday

(Please note: the age is a guideline, not a restriction)
A more energetic session for those who have already started to increase their level of fitness. A great way to maintain an active lifestyle, keep fit, socialise with others and still have fun!

Both activities are great for your physical and mental health.
Optional tea, coffee, and a catch up with others at midday. The groups also hold regular social events.
